Managing Members
From the Team page in Settings, you can:- View all members — See everyone in your organization with their role and join date
- Change roles — Promote or demote members (requires admin or owner role)
- Remove members — Remove someone from the organization
- Suspend members — Temporarily disable access without removing them
User Groups
Groups let you organize members into teams and assign permissions in bulk rather than individually.Creating Groups
- Navigate to Settings > Groups.
- Click Create Group.
- Enter a group name and optional description (e.g., “Marketing Team”, “Support Staff”).
- Add members to the group.
Default Groups
You can mark a group as the default group. New members who join the organization are automatically added to the default group, inheriting its permissions.Group Permissions
Instead of assigning permissions to individual users, assign them to groups:- Give the “Marketing” group access to the “Brand Bot” agent
- Give the “Support” group access to the “Customer FAQ” knowledge base
- Give the “Analytics” group permission to view organization-wide analytics
Member Roles
Each member has one of four organization roles:
See Roles and Permissions for a detailed breakdown of what each role can do.
Multi-Organization Support
Users can belong to multiple organizations. Each organization is an independent workspace with its own:- Agents and knowledge bases
- Members and permissions
- Billing and credit wallet
- Settings and configuration
A user’s role can differ between organizations. You might be an owner of your personal workspace and a member of your company’s workspace.
Audit Trail
All user management actions are logged in the audit trail:- Member invitations sent and accepted
- Role changes
- Member removals and suspensions
- Group creation and membership changes
- Permission grants and revocations
